The CVTE Interactive Smart Display Product Intelligent Manufacturing Base is an integrated R&D, production, and sales industrial park, primarily focused on overseas complete-device operations. The base is equipped with advanced laboratories, automated
production workshops, a digital production management system, and an intelligent warehousing and logistics system. It covers the full lifecycle from "customer demand → product R&D → pilot optimization → mass production and shipment", fully establishing an intelligent manufacturing capability of "local pilot production, global mass production".

Establish a full-process digital operation system to drive intelligent factory operations: enable logistics visual tracking to dynamically optimize efficiency; apply algorithm-based inventory control in smart warehousing to improve space utilization and material turnover; automate scheduling to match orders with production capacity, enhancing planning accuracy; digitize processes to standardize operations and ensure product consistency, building a solid foundation for quality.
System Traceability Capability
Integrate core systems including WMS, MES, SCADA, EDO, and QMS to create a continuous data chain from raw material entry, through all production processes, to finished product delivery. Through system collaboration, achieve real-time monitoring and precise traceability across the full process, providing data support for quality review and process optimization, ensuring full-process control.
Automation Capability
Independently developed automated testing systems cover over 80% of critical mass-production stages, improving quality stability through standardized testing. Automated sorting equipment is introduced in warehousing and logistics, coordinated with JIT delivery to enable rapid material flow, reduce manual intervention, and provide a solid foundation for improving production efficiency.
Flexible Manufacturing Capability
For large-volume orders, rely on intelligent scheduling to quickly release capacity; for "multiple products, small batches" tasks, achieve fast and flexible switching to meet different process requirements. Under the premise of ensuring quality, dual-mode flexible production lines efficiently balance production efficiency and market response speed, flexibly meeting diversified demands.
Rapid Delivery Capability
Automated scheduling drives production rhythm, combined with agile line changeovers to effectively shorten switch times, promoting improvements in both yield and capacity. For both large-scale orders and customized demands, full-process refined management ensures on-time, on-quality, and on-quantity delivery, meeting market requirements for delivery timeliness.
Quality Planning and Control Capability
Incorporate preventive measures during the design stage to proactively avoid risks; rely on the QMS system during production to perform standardized inspections; implement digital monitoring in logistics to maintain stable quality. Relying on a quality management system covering the full lifecycle from "design–production–logistics", achieve steady improvement in both efficiency and quality.
