Star Plan
For fresh graduates, we offer comprehensive training in safety awareness, professional etiquette, general skills, and specialized competencies. Through a diverse mix of peer sharing, expert sessions, entrepreneur interactions, practical projects, mentorship, and rotational assignments, this program helps new hires rapidly progress from beginners to confident contributors, realizing their full potential.
StarLink & StarSpark Plans
For experienced hires, we assign employees to the StarLink or StarSpark programs according to their onboarding stage. Using a blended "Learn–Practice–Assess–Feedback" system, participants engage in general courses, explore personal growth potential, clarify dual development paths, and participate in mentorship and professional learning. This approach stimulates potential while creating a win-win outcome for both individual growth and organizational development.
"Virtue Series" Training Camp
For new managers, we offer a progressive training system: Qi-De, Ming-De, Xing-De, and Li-De. Built around assessment-driven learning and practice, it integrates action learning, book study sessions, online and offline collaboration, and practical application. This program accelerates managerial development, enhances leadership capabilities, and drives team and business synergy.
Professional Day Activities
At CVTE, we value the growth of every CVTEr. In addition to ongoing learning through the "C-Know" Cloud Academy, we organize a range of annual initiatives such as TechDay (Technology Week), Micro-Innovation Programs, Specialized Skills Competitions, Technical Bootcamps, Departmental Training Sessions, and Professional Day events. These activities provide an open platform for employees in various roles to learn, grow, and exchange ideas.
